waiting
When you come to the edge of all the light you know, and are about to step off into the darkness of the unknown, faith is knowing one of two things will happen: There will be something solid to stand on, or you will be taught to fly. ~ Barbara Winter

It's not finished till it's finished!
I made this in answer to a challenge, but didn’t like the way it turned out. So, I re-worked it. Still didn’t like how it came out! Painted over the whole thing and went in an entirely different direction. Finally satisfied with how it turned out! You can never have too many yummy fibers in my book! LOL
I made it as a refillable cover, so that I can just make more signatures as needed!
(Materials: handmade fabric/paper, acrylic paints, The Weaving Edge yummy fibers, machine stitching, watercolor paper ‘insert’ with Coptic stitch binding [so it lies flat when it’s open], needlepoint mesh on outer binding for attaching fibers).

finally finished the flowers!
Finally finished the flowers! Put some on stems and some on 5x5 canvases. (These would be great for allergy sufferers! Lol) Kinda like ‘em, do you?
