Sometimes......

.....the scratch papers I use to test my pens and markers are more interesting than the art itself.....lol.

They just need a little 'tweaking'.

And then I can use them to add some oooomph to other things. 

Like......

I'm still working on her final look......I think her boots need to be yellow....or maybe she has a closet full of different colored boots....

The saga continues.....

Kitchen Remodel: The Finale

 New chairs BUT we 'saved' the table Husband made years ago by changing the legs. 

 The new plantation shutters....which is a whole story to itself....they sent the wrong shutter and Husband had to 'retrofit' it........and then, of course, the house is askew and he had to shim out the center one. 

Don't even get me started on the placement of the handles and the anxiety THAT created! :-/

 I'm still learning how to cook on the induction cooktop....thank goodness stuff doesn't stick to it when you turn away for a SECOND and the pot boils over......not that it ever happened......just sayin'.....

 I can watch TV while doing dishes and meal prep. 

 My 'artsy' spot on the island.

I can do artsy stuff and still be with Husband AND see the TV! Win/win!

I used to like Amazon. Now, I don’t.

Two reasons…..one, my account was hacked (I can't get into it) and Amazon customer service SUCKS!

BIG TIME!

I’ve called them multiple times in the weeks since it happened and I’m STILL waiting for them to call back!

Reason number two is just coincidental but it adds to my ire regarding the company IMMENSELY. It was announced in the news that Jeff Bezos (reportedly the richest man in the world) PAID NO INCOME TAX LAST YEAR!

NONE!

NADA!

ZERO!

ZILCH!
