WOYWW

This is what I did in the Flower Crazy Mini class I took last week.......
This was the first lesson...my usual 'go to' flower shapes. Some of my classmates said it would make a nice table cloth. So I went to Spoonflower and turned it into fabric. It's easy peasy to turn your art into repeating designs on fabric or wallpaper even wrapping paper.
Kinda' cool, huh?

Lesson two.
By then I was on a roll.....and I made this into fabric too!

Then we got down to brass tacks and I got out of my comfort zone. I wanted to learn to make flowers that didn't look like I was still in second grade. I think I succeeded! Now I just need to stop copying Carla and make some of my own designs! But now I think I CAN!

A very enjoyable and productive class!

  3. Very cool designs. Especially love the yellow one. That would make a cool Hawaiian style shirt.
