those are lovely - love their watercolour paper! & I'm like that with watercolour paper in general - always use 'normal' paper to create because I'm afraid it won't turn out the way I want it to, and then regretting not using the 'good stuff' :) You should though - that paper is worth your brush!!
Just do it! It will not do you any good at all just sitting there. Call it a record for your progress and start with where you are now and by the time you finish it you'll be wanting to jump into the next new one till you open it and those same feelings will crop up so everytime you just have to make yourself do it!
