I enlarge the screen to read the articles and see photographs. I like the crest of the 11th Engineer Combat Battalion. I was able to read some of the stories. The Vino fueled sub sounded like it would be amusing. Wonder if the story would have a cautionary warning Don't try this at home. And what engineer wouldn't relish the thrilling play by play of a bridge being constructed on a lake. And of course, the engineers need a place to unwind during their leisure hours. What G.I. couldn't resist free beer and other legal beverages as available. All things right and proper with the world. Love this stuff
I can't see anything but the large print...but I'll bet there were a lot of party animals at the Jungle Cat Club that night.
