Thoughts on a Thursday

Aging.......
I have reached the age where if I’m anywhere near a bathroom, whether I need to go or not, I use it. And in my head I’m saying to myself with a shrug of my shoulders, “I’m here, I might as well go.”

What is HAPPENING to me???

    I do this because I know it is better to reduce the pain than to have an accident, that would be so embarrassing!!!
