Empty Nest-Dom

Pros:

I can run around the house naked (you’re welcome for the visual; I dare you not to picture it! LOL)

I can come and go as I please without having to ask someone to move their car.

I can’t send them to the grocery store. (I know that sounds like it should be a con but I always sent them for something that I shouldn’t be eating/drinking so it’s a pro!)

I don’ EVER have to help with another science fair project EVER again in my whole life!

I don’t have a ton of laundry to do.

I don’t have to shop as often.

I don’t have to help with homework.

I don’t have to repeat a bazillion times “Clean your room/bathroom!” (But now I have to do it myself, this may end up on the con list.)

Cons:

I miss their sense of humor.

I miss the sound of their laughter.

I miss the fantastic discussions we would have about the wildest, far out things.

I miss the way they would tease me. 

I miss them.

Just having a blue day.
